This listing is for both the uniform and wig. The cosplay is labeled as an Asia XL/US M. The bust measures 37in and the waist measures 28in, with some freedom in the hip measurement. Message me if you have any other measurement questions! There is some signs of alteration on the skirt from a piece of elastic that was sewn on to take in the waist that has since been removed. The wig has styled bangs and the ends are a little tangled on the pigtails, but the wig is heat resistant and can withstand further styling!
