Adjustable & removable shoulder strap as well as two top carry handles.
The front has a flap held down by two metal slide locks. This is where the matching leather "MARC BY MARC JACOBS" name plate is. The pocket in there has a snap closure and has two side wall slit pockets.
The very back has a similar flap with one metal slide for closure.
Main area has a top zipper. Beside the zipper is some discoloring from the leather here sticking to itself. See last picture. Inside is a big, open area with a wide side wall pocket and two slit pockets on the other wall.
