The blue diamond is a genuine real blue diamond. It is NOT fake, synthetic or manmade. This nose screw is for those people that don't like the screw part to show in their nose. The screw part is extremely small. The diamond is 1.62mm (very small) and is .015ct. It is prong set and 22g. I can't get over how pretty the blue is in contrast to the white sterling silver. The picture with 3 nose screws is a comparison so that you can see the difference between the normal nose screw and the micro nose screw. This listing is for ONE nose screw only, not all three.
