you have to replace the (swivel shaft )
it does not work It is in the images but it is not in condition to be used..
if you have the swivel shaft, and you know how to install it could work but the company no longer makes this same model . if you can find same piece and replace the damaged one it could work perfect and the chair has a little crack in one part of the corner, see images for reference please #10 # 11 for this 2 reason is why I put it in this condition CONDITION for PARTS .
everything works normal apart from
(swivel shaft )
some scratches shown in pictures
