Good vintage condition , light fading from age. Washed before packaging
Size 32 waist (probably men’s or boys ) on tag but waist measures 26 unstretched and stretches to 32 inches. The elastic is not very giving though so I would stick to wearing these on a 26 inch waist
if you want to wear them around the hips like traditional men’s shorts, they will be tight unless you wear like a 26 or maybe a 28 in men’s
Can be Worn high waisted on a 26 inch waist , size is around a women’s small
