I have 3 of these for sale, separately. One green one blue. And this one that is silver and white.
These belong to my aunt and she bought them from someone in South Philly in the 1980s. If you know Philadelphia and the mummers these little gems often go in the window display that time of year. And then she had it believe it or not on her mantle for a decade or two.

Dusty, but overall great condition. One side of the feathers (on all of them) seem to have gotten wet so they look a little less fluffy t than the other side. Im sure this is something a crafty person could fix. not too noticable anyway
