This is a video showing how ITC bingo used a innovative promotion campaign using the Indian Railways public addressing system. They used the same style of announcing train arrival/departure to tell people that bingo has now 25% extra in the packet.

Note: I could not really find out whether they did this type of Promotion method. But surely they did try and reach a lot of people in Social Media by means of this video and letting people know of the ‘extra %’.
